The request for a refund must be to submitted within 90 days from the day the order was received. This website reserves the right to not issue a refund if the request is received after 90 days from the date of purchase. Refunds for credit card transactions are issued within 2 business days. Please be aware that it can take up to 5 business days for the transaction to actually post to your account. Refunds for payments received by check, money order, bank draft, travelers checks, or cash, will be issued as a company check. The refund check will be made payable to the person on the order form and mailed to the address indicated on the order form. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with the reasons for the cancellation request.
